By staking, you explicitly agree to the following absolute terms:
- 1. NO COMPENSATION for Technical Failures: RunPools is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We are NOT liable for any financial losses caused by software bugs, smart contract exploits, server downtime, or UI errors. No refunds or compensation will be issued under any circumstances.
- 2. Verification Risks (Strava/GPS): We rely entirely on Strava's API. If Strava fails to sync, GPS drifts, or data is missing due to 3rd-party issues, you lose your stake. We do not correct scores or refund stakes for failed verifications.
- 3. Blockchain Irreversibility: Transactions on Polygon are final. If you send funds to the wrong address or if a transaction fails due to network congestion, the funds are lost permanently.
- 4. User Responsibility: You assume 100% of the risk. You acknowledge that you are using experimental software and crypto assets at your own peril.

- 3. 區塊鏈不可逆性：所有鏈上交易均為最終結果。若因網路壅塞、Gas 設定錯誤或操作失誤導致資金遺失，無法追回。
- 4. 風險完全承擔：您確認已了解這是實驗性軟體。您同意放棄對平台方發起任何索賠或訴訟的權利。若無法接受資金可能歸零的風險，請勿使用。
